SUMMARY
kwin_wayland will crash reliably after these steps:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Deactivate a screen.
2. Reactivate the screen.
3. Wait for dpms to turn off screens.
OBSERVED RESULT
kwin_wayland crashes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Not crashing.
