Title bar is half of actual width
SUMMARY

Window titles occasionally display "squashed" with tiling to corners or half
the screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use META + LEFT / RIGHT then UP / DOWN
OBSERVED RESULT
1. After window is in a corner it's title bar is "resized" to half it's actual
width and height
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Title bar should span width of actual window
