Hmm, fedora should have debuginfod set up so that debug packages are
automatically downloaded as needed. This is working for me FWIW.
We can try to do it manually. See

Once you get to the step where you type, "bt", let me know if you get clear and
obvious output in your terminal window that it's downloading debug packages. If
this works, it's a sign that automatic debug package downloading isn't working
in the GUI crash reporting wizard for you. Thanks!
