Unable to set the value of # higher than 99 when bulk renaming files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select multiple files, press F2 or right click and select Rename
2. Try to set a value higher than 99 by either typing the exact value or using
+ and - buttons.
OBSERVED RESULT
The number won't go higher than 99.
EXPECTED RESULT
The number should go higher than 99.
