Do not display flatpak permission settings
As with Plasma 5.27+, there is a feature called FlatPak Permissions Settings
that does not appear in the System settings in Endeavour OS.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. got to settings
2. click on Applications
3. user is expected to see flatpak permission settings
OBSERVED RESULT
user is not able to see flatpak permission settings
EXPECTED RESULT
user is expected to see flatpak permission settings

Linux/KDE Plasma: EndeavourOS
