I'm also having this issue, but I have an old AMD APU (A10 5750M). I'm able to
get around this by waiting a minute, switching to a different TTY then back to
the the previous TTY that the laptop woke up on. Plasma 5.27.2, linux-zen
6.2.1, happens on both Mesa 23 and git on Arch Linux, and yes it only happen on
the Wayland session.
