When I make the channel list so thin that it only shows icons, I can not grab
the border to make it wider again. The curser does change to the width changing
symbol, but as soon as I click, it disappears and nothing happens when I move
the mouse. When I close Neochat (entirely or just into the system tray) and
reopen it, it works again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Neochat, make the channel list thin
2. Try to make it wide again
Both by dragging the border to the chat part with the mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
I can't grab the border of the thin channel list until I restart Neochat.
EXPECTED RESULT
I can grab the border and make the channel list as wide as I please.
