Do you have enough space in the timeline? If the clip has audio does the video
track you want to drag it to have a corresponding audio track (for example
V1/A1, V2/A2)? Does it also not work for color clips or titles?
It looks like you are using one of the nightly builds. There may still be some
bugs. But please provide screenshots or a recording of what you are trying to
do as well as more information about the kind of clip you are using.
