Mockup

SUMMARY

When hovering the cursor over an edge of a window, a resize pointer with two
arrows showing in opposite directions is displayed.

Some windows have a minimum width or height. If the window cannot be shrunk any
more, it would make sense to only display a single arrow, in which direction
the size of the window can actually be changed.

If a window cannot be changed at all in any direction, only the middle dot
could be displayed.
