Same here with internal laptop display as secondary screen.
Deleting `~/.local/share` (suggested in the Manjaro forum[*]) worked for a day
or so.
Quick workaround:
In system tray open Display Configuration, click a preset different from your
current settings; screen lights up, shows normal display. Click back to your
original setting, done.
