You can test if you are actually running the bugfix version if you go to the Babel language combobox. Before, there was just English, Swedish, and German. Now there is a much longer list (taken from Babel's docs). Which list do you have? Then, maybe I fixed a different bug. Can you please specify exactly for which setting you can reproduce the bug? In case of doubt, add a screenshot (in English, please).
