Click left-top of a window (or press Alt+F3) 2. Select "More Actions" -> "Configure Special Application Settings" 3. Add the property "Maximized horizontally" and "Maximized vertically", select "Apply initially" and yes, apply and save. OBSERVED RESULT When the app is re-launched, the maximized rule is not applied to the window. EXPECTED RESULT When the app is re-launched, the window should maximize. This is the behavior in X11 version window rules.
