STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasmatube 23.04.0 from Flathub.
2. Open Plasmatube by clicking its icon in the application grid
3. Switch to Settings page
OBSERVED RESULT
Settings page is empty
EXPECTED RESULT
Settings page should show content.
