When moving mouse onto a system tray icons, popups randomly fails to display.
Moving move from one system tray icon to another, the popups show as expected.
It only randomly failes when moving mouse on system tray icon not from other
system tray icons.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Install plasma 5 (5.27 and above), perhaps 5.26 and 5.25 can also reproduce
it.
OBSERVED RESULT
When moving mouse onto a system tray icons, popups randomly fails to display.
Moving move from one system tray icon to another, the popups show as expected.
It only randomly failes when moving mouse on system tray icon not from other
system tray icons.
EXPECTED RESULT
popups show normally.
