The apparmor profile shipped with the native version of Firefox that's used by
neon prevents access to the browser integration, however it's usually disabled
by default using a symbolic link in /etc/apparmor.d/disable/usr.bin.firefox ->
../usr.bin.firefox. Can you check to see if you've got that?
