STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open K3b
2. click on "Settings" menu on top and choose "Configure K3b..."
3. click on "CDDB" in the left side
OBSERVED RESULT
error message seen in the attached screenshot
EXPECTED RESULT
KCDDB configuration module is loaded
