Yeah, it doesn't look like a bug so much so as an issue with my setup.

I created a test user and spectacle worked fine. I deleted my `
~/.config/spectaclerc` and rebooted but it still didn't work on my main
account.

I'm trying to figure out if I can debug what happened...
