[digikam] [Bug 469929] I installed digikam 8 on my windows 11 pc, but when I start the application. it does not show a window, neither it shows it works.

Set Qt debug variables in the Windows Environment Variable Editor:

name: "QT_LOGGING_RULES"
 value: "digikam*=true"

Download and start DebugView from Microsoft. Start digiKam and post output in
DebugView window here.
