I installed a few days ago the new version KDE 5.27.5, but this problem is
still not solved, the same thing happens.
Please, I insist on the idea of making a donation so that a developer can buy
this device on Amazon and that he can study why it works correctly on Windows
and not on KDE, I think it is the fastest and easiest way to an experienced
developer can find the cause of the malfunction in KDE.
I have already given up hope that this can be fixed in the current version
5.27, but at least so that it can be fixed in the new KDE 6.
