This issue persists for a long time.
1. Autohiding does not work. I have a second "tool" panel which is set to
autohide. When starting plasma, it is there, it starts to work normally once I
click on it somewhere. Before it stays shown consistently.
2. Notifications sometimes disappear by themselves, often they dont. I have no
idea why but this happens irregularly.
Also when trying to close the notifications, I need to click on the "x" button
three times, until they react. Its always three times.
If I can send debug logs I am happy to do so, afaik journalctl -f didnt show
anything.
