STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use folder view for desktop
2. Try and select any files on the desktop with a selection box with the mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
Blue rectangle is drawn but no files inside the box are selected
EXPECTED RESULT
Files are selected
