           Version: master
          Platform: Neon
                OS: Linux

SUMMARY
When copy-pasting a file/folder to the Desktop using Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V, the
item is not positioned under the mouse but on top-left edge of the Desktop. The
behaviour should be the same as when dragging a file/folder, where the final
position of item should be where the mouse was positioned when the operation
was started.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Dolphin window
2. Select a file to copy
3. Click on Desktop
4. Press Ctrl+V to paste the file on Desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
The file is positioned on top-left edge.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file should be positioned as the same place that the mouse cursor when
Ctrl+V was pressed.
