Skanlite Settings offer users to set a name, and a format for saving images.
There is a four-digit (hard-coded) number between these two.
I think it would be great if it were possible to include also the current date
somewhere here.
For instance, something like "$(date +'%Y-%m-%d')" or "yyyy-MM-dd" etc...
