Then I figured out that my 1st May build that works was build without libmlt, as I don't make animation I didn't notice it. Later, I rebuild Krita without libmlt and didn't crash, so that's the reason. I think before I never compiled Krita with libmlt and one day noticed in the build log and installed it, and then I didn't relate the crash to it.
