Pixelated/blurry window decorations compared side-by-side to how they should
look.
I also have this issue in Wayland with any fractional scale. In the attached
image, I have compared the visibly blurry/pixelated window decorations of my
terminal window with the preview of what they are supposed to look like in the
appearance settings. The decorations are pixelated for every theme I have tried
that isn't one of the stock themes, and for certain themes like the one I am
using in the attached image, the shadow around the window is also pixelated.
However, stock themes like Breeze and Plastik look crisp.
