STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Created layer 4
2. Tried to paint with pen/pencil/brush/didn't matter which
3. No paint, no cursor, no Undo, nothing
OBSERVED RESULT
Observed regular, like three times in a row, and then I rage quit the program
EXPECTED RESULT
Expected a "Paint program" to actually "paint"
