STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Digikam
2. Select some photos, 5-8 would be OK
3. Export to Google Photos
4. Login to your Google Photos account with the opened Web Browser
5. Allow Digikam to perform displayed actions

Error transferring https://photoslibrary.googleapis.com/v1/albums?pageSize=50 -
server replied: Too Many Requests

Photos should be uploaded to Google Photos
