Context Menu.

SUMMARY

BUG(?): Add suspension points for "Delete Track" from Menubar and track's
context menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. From Menubar, go to Timeline > Tracks or from any Timeline track header,
press mouse left click.

OBSERVED RESULT
"Delete Track" button show without suspension points, what make user understand
this will delete the select track or the track the context menu was invoke.

However it will invoke another window, like "Insert Tracks...".

EXPECTED RESULT
"Delete Track"

1. It should have suspension point if must keep to actual behavior: to open
other window to choose what tracks to delete
OR
2. It perform delete operation the select track or the track where context menu
was invoke.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10 Version 2009 (x86_64)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9 (built against 5.15.9)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It may appear stupid open reported about that, I guess, but to polish the
software, it make "justifiable".
The most actual stable release (23.04.2) to same O.S. has the same "issue".
