I can change the value in the spinbox by scrolling over it. Are you saying this
isn't working for you? Are you using a theme that's not Breeze?
Resetting the spinbox to 0 (aka "No delay") would be a separate thing. I'd ask
you to submit a feature request for that, but I think it's highly unlikely that
it would be done.
