Media Player widget on Desktop and Sidebar

This widget displays very functional and good-looking on desktop, but it's not
like that on a panel, e.g. on my right panel (sidebar) below Analog Clock,
Calculator etc.
As seen in the screenshot, the progress bar and media control buttons are
omitted (available only in context menu) when it's added to a relatively wide
panel, although they are displayed on desktop even in a smaller height. One
can't get them even by increasing the panel width because the height also
increases proportionally, making it impossible to use on a panel with other
similar widgets.
I think it would be very nice if we could get the progress bar and media
control buttons underneath the song title and artist when the widget is used
in a large panel like that.
