Do the following: 1. Right-click the places panel. In the context menu, click "Show All Entries" (dt. "Alle Einträge anzeigen"). 2. Now everything should be visible again but the items you hid are shown semi-transparent. 3. Right-click the devices section and uncheck the "Hide Section 'Devices'" checkbox (dt. "Abschnitt "Geräte" ausblenden"). 4. Now you can right-click the places panel and also uncheck the "Show All Entries" checkbox again. 5.
