In my weekend house (single screen) it happens on *every* KDE startup. Both computers have similar hardware setup (nVidia graphics card). My weekend PC has less RAM and a slightly weaker CPU, but that should not have any effect on this behavior sd all that perfectly worked with older version of openSUSE Leap.
