SUMMARY
Animated GIFs already loop (though it probably shouldn't force looping by
default if the GIF isn't meant to loop, #143401) but GIF is becoming less and
less popular of a format, now often being replaced by WebM. So, it should be
possible to loop videos, too. Maybe not by default, but an option would be
good, something like "Loop videos" in the settings.
