SUMMARY
Can't set a custom shortcut with Alt+Shift together.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open shortcuts settings for KWin
2. Try to bind Ctrl+Alt+Shift+KEY custom shortcut e.g. for moving windows to
another desktops
OBSERVED RESULT
Can't use Alt+Shift simultaneously for custom shortcut
EXPECTED RESULT
Can use ANY keys and modifiers in ANY combination
