Configure KDevelop=>Documentation=>Qt Help=>Load Qt Help files from directory:
<choose /home/luzifer/Daten/Programmierung/Literatur/Qt/Hilfedateien>. This
works for me in almost latest KDevelop master. 

Make sure that the Qt Documentation plugin is enabled in Configure
KDevelop=>Plugins. If it still doesn't work, how exactly? Is the Qt
documentation item missing from the combobox in the Documentation tool view?
Depending on which other documentation the directory contains, the C++ Standard
Library reference row could be hidden among KDE and Qt documentation rows when
the QtHelp combobox item is selected.

There is a bug with old documentation. A workaround to that bug is to remove
*.qhc files from ~/.local/share/kdevelop/ ; then remove the documentation path
from KDevelop settings; Apply; add the documentation path again.
