Even if I reboot the box, remove emailContacts from a non-X session (akonadi not running), then login with KDE, emailContacts is regenerated (very small at the beginning). When I start kmail2 and fetch the e-mails a few times, emailContacts gets some more content and the xapian-check run fails again with "Unknown exception".
