This is an intermittent, random problem. It usually (but not always) happens
after a crash

OBSERVED RESULT What happens. First off, the software:
KDE Plasma v5.27.5
KDE Frameworks v5.105.0
QT v5.15.7
Kernel V6.4.9-desktop-4.mga9 64 bit
Graphics X11
I am using the Oxygen desktop.
What happens: even though my desktop icons are "locked" (the box is checked)
they still sometimes change positions randomly (they are still locked). I have
seen this behavior in previous versions of KDE Plasma. Rather than in the
positions I had them in, they are now arranged in columns.
EXPECTED RESULT. Icons should not change position unless I actually change
them
