The bug with an LG Gram, after I reboot the value gets set back to 100. I have
tried various kernels.

I also tried the temporary solution described in this thread but this does not
work: cp: error writing
'/sys/class/power_supply/CMB0/charge_control_end_threshold': Invalid argument.

How does the KDE Neon GUI write to this file? I can set the value with the GUI
and it does update the file so its possible but nothing I can find will allow
me to set the value. I always get an 'Invalid argument' error.
