STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate color sampler
2. Select Color
3. Try to switch to brush with hot keys.
OBSERVED RESULT
The hot key seems to try to select the brush (the icon blinks active for a
fraction of a second) but it doesn't switch.
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect it to switch to the brush icon on the hotkey press.
