STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to Shortcuts section
3. Search for the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F11
OBSERVED RESULT
A shortcut appears called "Toggle window geometry display (effect only)". The
shortcut seems to have no effect when activated.
EXPECTED RESULT
This shortcut shouldn't exist, because this window geometry display effect was
removed
