I'm not an experienced user, but I'm not a noob either. LOL...
If there is a how-to, a tutorial or at least some sort of documentation
describing the process to implement such a patch, I don't mind giving it a
try to see if I can get it running. Especially if it will help somehow to
contribute to the community. It's the least I can do since I've been using
GNU/Linux for over 10 years already.

Please let me know if and how I can try and help.
