from time to time with no reproduceable interaction the bigger screen of my
dual monitor setup (external Dell 3840x1600 and internal laptop 1920x1080)
reduces wallpaper size and klickable area to the resolution of the smaller one.
Windows still can be moved around on the whole desktop and taskbar is still
full size, but I only can right click in the smaller area. See screenshot with
both screens attached. left one is affected.
haven't observed this while on x11.
need to switch to internal only and back to dual screen to work around the
issue
please let me know where I can find useful information / logs (before/after)
once it happens again...
