Hi, I was not sure where to file this report, so please move it to the right
component if necessary.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. $ kcmshell5 colors
2. Click Defaults
3. Click Apply

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Windows and plasma panels should still be visible.

I'm using Xorg, I had Breeze (non dark) as default theme set.

Note that neither 'killall plasmashell; plasmashell' nor 'kwin_x11 --replace'
helped.

However, I was able to workaround the bug by running 'kcmshell5
kcm_lookandfeel' and switching the breeze style (e.g. from Breeze to Breeze
Dark or viceversa).
