Hi I experienced the same Bug but was able to resolve it with the help of

The solution is to preserve video memory after suspend. Detailed instructions
for arch based systems can be found here:

Another temporary fix is to run "plasmashell --replace" in krunner
An observation that I made is, that this bug only occurs when I'm logged in and
the PC is suspended. When no user is logged in, I had no issues.
