To know if JPEGXL is supported, the QImageLoader plugin must have an entry JCX
in the mime-type section of digiKam Setup / Plugins / Loaders page.
JXL is optional and provided by the KDE Framework KImageformats. If it do not
exists, it's a packaging problem in your Linux distro.
