Luckily, the issue I was attempting to report was constantly reproducible, so
it was easy to test in this case too. Due to this, I've discovered that the
issue occurs only the first time that DrKonqi downloads a debuginfo package.
Subsequent identical crashes activate the debug symbols correctly. For
