Bug ID: 476347 Summary: Snap to assistant option fail Classification: Applications Product: krita Version: 5.1.5 Platform: Microsoft Windows OS: Microsoft Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: Tool/Assistants Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: abchrusn...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. toggle snap to assistant tickbox 2. attempt to draw 3. OBSERVED RESULT so two different things that were each unexpected were happening. first: when toggling "snap to assistant" the brush wasn't drawing or was only drawing sporadically second: when toggling "snap to assistant" to the ticked i.e. "on" position and when the brush was drawing, the line did not snap to the assistant. EXPECTED RESULT both behaviors were deviations from the last time I opened the program--which was also the last time I opened this file. Nothing was changed by me, short of toggling the "snap to assistant" option on and off and switching between brushes. The tools worked as expected previously; furthermore, they worked properly again after closing the program and restarting it. This led me to believe it might be a bug.
