            Bug ID: 476766
Summary: Can't control bluetooth headphones volume only after
                    autoconnect
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasma-pa
           Version: 5.27.8
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: martin-ko...@protonmail.com
                CC: isma...@gmail.com, m...@ratijas.tk, now...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When bluetooth headphones autoconnect, volume doesn't change (but slider moves)
when using media volume keys or moving slider in tray Volume control. When they
are disconnected from bluetooth and reconnected, volume control works.
Another way is to Deny the pairing in popup and pair manually via the Connect
button in Bluetooth tray panel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. take headphones from their box so they activate bluetooth
2. a plasma notification pops up offering to pair the headphones (they are not
set to trusted so I can deny it due to this bug)
3. Authoraize the pairing
4. Try to adjust volume using the volume keys or volume slider from plasma
Volume systray widget

OBSERVED RESULT
Volume doesn't change but slider moves as if volume changed

EXPECTED RESULT
VOlume should adjust according to slider

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When Denying the pairing and connecting manually or disconnecting and pairing
manualy, the volume control works.
