[plasmashell] [Bug 461459] After startup, the default Breeze application launcher remains translucent, even if the panel it's in is set to opaque (fixes after opening any fullscreen window).

Still UNRESOLVED in 5.27.9 !
I totally confirm the bug. Its annoying as hell. When you set panel to opaque
the "Application Lanucher"  is translucent. It looks rediculous and ugly as
hell.  I'm sorry, but I cannot stand it. Its like a splineter in they eye. You
know its there.
