This bug is definitely not resolved -- as of just yesterday, it started
happening on a system running 5.27.9 with all updates.

Does not matter if dolphin is launched from the UI or CLI, it now always opens
with the top third or so of the window off the top of the screen, rendering it
useless.  I get the same CLI output as previously mentioned:

user@host:~$ dolphin
Qt: Session management error: networkIdsList argument is NULL

In my case, the steps to reproduce are even simpler:

1) open dolphin

That's it.  It now always opens partially-off-screen.  What, precisely, caused
this behavior to start yesterday, is unknown to me.
